Johnson County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, retrieve an official booking record, or decide whether a photograph may be released. Contact the responsible government office directly for those answers.
Where to Ask About a Jail Record
Use the office that holds the record. The sheriff’s office handles county law-enforcement and records requests. The jail line is a separate facility contact. Neither number should be treated as a substitute for the court’s case file.

Sheriff Greg Rowland’s JCSO does not publish a dedicated booking-photo form, local fee, or promised turnaround. A written request should state the person’s name, known arrest or booking date, arresting agency, and case or warrant identifier. Ask for the existing booking sheet and photograph separately, request electronic copies, and ask for an estimate. Georgia’s Open Records Act response and fee baseline appears on the Attorney General guidance.
Dispatch and Emergency Records
Johnson County’s consolidated 911 center opened March 18, 2024. The county 911 page says newer records use the county request form and the email jreese@johnsonco.org. Non-emergency dispatch is (478) 864-3023. Records from before the consolidation remain with the original custodian, such as JCSO, Wrightsville Police Department, EMS, or Fire.

Choose the Right Lookup
The Johnson County search hub explains the full roster and booking-record path. For a specific need, start with the matching route below.
- For current custody or a recent booking, use the JCSO-linked current, 24-hour, and arrest-date Interop views.
- For a warrant question, call JCSO with the name, date of birth, and relevant county. No verified public county warrant portal was located.
- For a city incident report, contact the arresting agency. Wrightsville Police Department is listed at 2212 W. Elm Street, Wrightsville, GA 31096, (478) 864-2180. Adrian’s City Hall and police contact is 304 W. Main Street, Adrian, GA 31002, (478) 668-3376. Kite City Hall is at 1112 Railroad Street, Kite, GA 31049, (478) 469-3866.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, use Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) Find an Offender. GDC written verification goes to Inmate Records and Information, P.O. Box 1529, Forsyth, GA 31029; inmate questions use (404) 656-4661.
- For federal custody, use the BOP locator. For ICE custody, use the ICE locator.
- For case outcome, use Georgia Courts E-Access and the court named in the record.
Before Sending a Request
Confirm the county, agency, and date. Adrian crosses Johnson and Emanuel Counties, so a city name alone does not identify the custodian. A Wrightsville arrest can show WRIGHTSVILLE PD in the county roster while JCSO holds the jail intake. Kite’s researched current route is JCSO. Narrow details reduce delay and help the custodian separate public material from protected information.
Charges and booking photos concern allegations. Ask the court for disposition, and ask the records custodian for the precise exemption if an item is withheld. This contact page cannot resolve a record request on an agency’s behalf.
